Internal diaphragms and splines provide integral handle location and anti-rotation solutions. Combined ferrule and plate designs with internal self-tapping studs provide a complete answer where a visible rivet fixing is needed.
Unique solid-fronted or front-splined flameguards increase support against the pan wall on assembly. This dramatically increases the torque which can be used during assembly reducing likelihood of handles coming loose in service and enabling thinner walled pans to be employed.
